No card needed. Start it from your church's settings. Both plans are for one church within the fair use of 6 channels on air and 500 connections at once; a larger church arranges more with us.

Questions
- What does "the whole church" cover?
- Every team of the church (a worship team, a youth group, a second campus), every computer, tablet and phone, and every screen. There is no charge per computer, per location or per seat.
- How does the free trial work?
- A church admin starts it from the church's settings or the upgrade dialog: 30 days of the paid plan, with no card. When it ends the church is on the free plan again unless it has subscribed, and nothing is deleted.
- We still pay for another system. Do we pay twice?
- No. Show us the invoice or renewal notice and we can extend your trial until that subscription ends. Ask from your church's settings, or see the Support page.
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your extra teams, channels, custom themes and bulletin keep working as they are; you just cannot add more of them until the church is on the paid plan again.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Either, and you can change between them in Manage billing. A year costs ten months: two months free. Prices in euros and pounds include VAT; tax is added to the dollar price where it applies.
